THE TULSI SPRITZ

1½ oz vodka

½ oz Martini Rosso

1 sprigs of tulsi (holy basil)

2 slices of orange

(1 oz ~ 30 ml)

Toss in all the ingredients into a chilled white wine glass (do not muddle or crush the tulsi). Instead tap gently between the palm of your hands to release the aromas and flavor. You are supposed to just get the aroma of the tulsi and not taste it in the drink.


Fill with ice and top with sparkling water and Indian tonic water.
